Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, once your package has left our distribution center you will receive an e-mail including your tracking information.

    What is the warranty policy?
    Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover the life of the battery or normal wear and tear of the case and strap/bracelet. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by The Gentleman Project.

    Are your watches water resistant?
    Our watches are 3ATM water resistant. This means that they are splash resistant. Ok for rain, hand washing, other occasional contact with water.

    Where can I have the bracelet of my steel watch adjusted?
    We cannot adjust bracelets for you online, but it can easily be adjusted by a third party watch repair shop in any mall near you.

    How long is the battery life of this watch?
    The Gentleman Project watches have a battery life of 2 years.

    Do you accept returns?
    We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Please contact customer service to be provided a return address, items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached. We will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit and we are not liable for items lost in the post. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
